Three stages, weighted equally between the written test and interview.

Part A: 80 MCQs, 90 minutes. Part B: 15 aptitude MCQs, 30 minutes.

Qualifying: 50% each part

Interview — 100 marks

Shortlisting at 1:5 against written-test performance.
